Context
Skyborn Renewables is one of the world’s leading offshore wind platforms. Following a major acquisition, the company faced a pivotal moment: how to unite diverse stakeholders under a single, confident identity while signaling its ambition to lead the future of offshore wind globally. Skyborn needed a brand platform that would not only position them as an external industry leader but also galvanize employees around a shared vision.

My contribution
I partnered with the leadership and brand teams to shape a strategy that balanced inspiration with credibility. This meant defining a clear and future-facing brand narrative, articulating the company’s role in accelerating the energy transition, and translating that into guidance for communication, culture, and client relationships. I worked closely with internal teams to ensure the platform resonated at every level - from global investors and government partners to the people driving innovation inside the company.

Why it mattered
The new brand gave Skyborn Renewables the clarity and confidence needed to grow on the world stage. It aligned internal culture with external ambition, ensuring employees felt proud and connected while clients and partners recognized Skyborn as a trusted, forward-looking leader in offshore wind. This foundation positioned the company to scale with consistency, credibility, and boldness in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
